Washrooms

At Mother Majeri Nursery and Primary School, we understand the importance of maintaining clean and hygienic washrooms that provide a pleasant experience for everyone. Our washrooms are thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and creative environment, especially for our young students who may feel more comfortable in such spaces.

Our dedicated team of cleaners works diligently to ensure the washrooms are cleaned regularly as a full-time job. They use a range of disinfectants, including Dettol liquid, Harpic, Jik, powder soap, and hand gel, along with a constant supply of clean running water. These measures are implemented to maintain a high level of hygiene and to keep the toilets free from any potential infections.

In addition to the cleanliness aspect, we also prioritize educating our students on proper washroom etiquette and hygiene practices. They are taught how to use the washrooms responsibly and are encouraged to play an active role in maintaining cleanliness. By instilling these habits at a young age, we aim to foster a sense of responsibility and respect for their surroundings.

To ensure privacy and convenience, separate washrooms are provided for different sexes. We have designated male and female washrooms, each tailored to meet the specific needs of our students. It is important to note that the pupils have their own dedicated toilets, separate from the rest of the staff and visitors’ facilities.

Mother Majeri Nursery and Primary School takes great pride in being recognized as one of the leading educational institutions in Uganda and the East African sub-continent. Our commitment to maintaining clean and well-maintained washrooms reflects our dedication to providing a conducive learning environment for our students. We believe that attention to detail, such as the cleanliness and design of our washrooms, contributes to the overall positive experience of our students, staff, and visitors.
