To be the top quality education centre in Uganda by:-

• Having highly trained and qualified staff
• Having high academic excellence especially in P.L.E
  setting up more infrastructure to cope with the pupil population.
• Having good public relations with the community and other stakeholders.
• Having staff that appreciate and respect the administrative structures in the school.

How the school can get there.

• Professionalizing staff through encouraging staff to go for upgrading and in-service training to further their studies
• Equipping the school with adequate instructional materials for use.
• Improvement on the methods used for teaching i.e hands on approach to practical lessons to be emphasized.
• Organizing workshops, seminars and refresher courses on contemporary issues in the education system of Uganda.
• Ensuring that there is low teacher (staff) turnover.
• Striving to make the school self sustaining in running its activities by
  teaching and completing the syllabi early enough so that pupils can get adequate time to revise.
